Bennett Design was commissioned to develop the building fabrics for the Central Control, Fire Annex and Operations Office buildings for the Inpex ICHTYS - BLD 1 project to allow the tenderer to be able to correctly cost the buildings for tender purposes and be able to present the designs in a professional manner.

The provided tender had different levels of information on each building and the designs had to be adjusted to allow for a common theme.
