McLaren Vale Hotel & Convention Centre

artist impressionProposed to be located in the World class McLaren Vale wine region, 2 minutes from the town centre this facility will be located in the vineyards with special views of the surrounding Willunga basin.

This unique centre will provide much needed facilities for supporting tourism in this area and also provide an iconic landmark. Currently the proposal is for 150 rooms with Restaurant and convention facilities including a roof top open air function space. Parking will be provided underground to reduce environmental impact and keep the site green. The design is for a modern, economic and environmental friendly building with Green initiatives throughout including BMS systems, solar generated electricity and water heating. This proposal is currently in the planning phase.
